2. Artwork Sales
We sell original artworks, prints, and sculptures created by the artist. Each artwork is described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and any relevant details.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences—we do our best to ensure accuracy.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. A standard rate for shipping, either locally, or to international destinations is applied. This rate includes secure packaging of the artwork and courier costs. Packaging and courier costs will vary according to the size and nature of the artwork.
We accept payments through:
- PayFast
- PayPal
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- the artwork is no longer available,
- payment is not successfully processed,
- fraudulent activity is suspected.
If an order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Artworks are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.
You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
6. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of original artworks and custom-made items, all sales are final.
- No returns or refunds are allowed once an artwork has been purchased and delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of:
- the damage,
- the packaging,
- the shipping label.

All artworks, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Mark Molenaar.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
